Shipping Policy

To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be held during periods of high or low temperatures.

Age Verification

By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.

Receiving a Shipment

We highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box or left with someone who is underage or visibly intoxicated.  If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is never received or picked up and returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.
